General Terms
FMSS curates tailored experience packages designed to enhance your stay, offering access to some of London’s most exciting activities and attractions. We research and recommend third-party experiences that align with your preferences, acting solely as a concierge service to facilitate your plans.
Please note, FMSS does not have official partnerships with the providers of these experiences, nor do we act as agents or representatives of these third parties. All bookings and participation are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the service providers. FMSS disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, quality, or availability of third-party services. Participation in any experience is at your own risk, and FMSS is not liable for any claims, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damages arising from third-party services included in your curated package.
Intellectual Property & Content Protection
All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and any other materials displayed on this website (“Content”), is the exclusive property of Findmysafe Space (FMSS) or its licensed partners.
This Content is protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You are strictly prohibited from:
• Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or displaying any Content without prior written consent from FMSS.

Booking & Payment
FMSS curates bespoke experience packages to enhance your stay, with a 12.5% curation fee applied to all bookings. This fee is non-refundable and covers the personalized planning and coordination of your selected experiences.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. FMSS reserves the right to cancel any arrangements if payment is not completed. The curation fee is clearly communicated before payment and remains non-refundable, including in cases of cancellations, changes by third-party providers, or dissatisfaction with curated experiences.
FMSS accepts all major credit and debit cards for your convenience. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Booking & Availability
1.1 Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified in the booking confirmation. Additionally, bookings will only be considered final once a second email is received containing the full details of the booking confirmation..
1.2 Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate details when making a reservation. FMSS will not be held liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
1.3 Third-Party Bookings: Where third-party experiences are booked, availability is subject to the provider’s terms and may vary.
Changes & Cancellations
2.1 Guest-Initiated Changes: Modifications to your booking are subject to availability and any applicable charges
2.2 Cancellations: Refund eligibility is determined by the provider's cancellation policy. FMSS will endeavor to assist but cannot guarantee refunds.
2.3 Provider-Initiated Changes: If a third-party provider alters or cancels a service, FMSS will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements, subject to availability.

Third-Party Providers & Partnerships
4.1 No Current Partnerships: FMSS does not currently maintain formal partnerships with third-party providers but facilitates bookings as an intermediary based on guest preferences.
4.2 Provider Responsibility: Experience providers retain full responsibility for delivering their services. FMSS does not guarantee outcomes or assume liability for failures beyond its direct control.
4.3 Facilitation Role: FMSS’s role is strictly as a facilitator, assisting guests in accessing services provided by third parties. Guests are encouraged to review provider-specific terms and conditions before confirming any booking.
Liability & Guest Conduct
3.1 Third-Party Limitations: FMSS acts solely as an intermediary and does not bear liability for failures or disruptions caused by third-party providers.
3.2 Guest Behavior: You must comply with local laws and experience provider rules. FMSS reserves the right to terminate bookings without refund in cases of unlawful, disruptive, or damaging behavior.
3.3 Liability Cap: FMSS’s total liability for any claim is limited to the booking amount paid.
Privacy & Data Protection
5.1 Data Use: FMSS collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5.2 Sharing with Providers: Your data will only be shared with third parties as necessary to fulfill your booking or legal requirements.
5.3 Data Security: FMSS employs appropriate technical measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent risks of data transmission.
Non-Transferability
6.1 Bookings are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Guests must present valid identification matching the booking details upon check-in or attendance.
Force Majeure
7.1 FMSS is not liable for service delays, cancellations, or failures due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
7.2 Refund Policy: Refunds may not be issued for cancellations caused by force majeure unless explicitly stated otherwise by the service provider.
Dispute Resolution
8.1 Mediation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation as the first step. FMSS will appoint a neutral mediator to facilitate discussions.
8.2 Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will proceed to arbitration under UK law.
8.3 Legal Action: Legal proceedings should only be initiated as a final resort after all alternative dispute resolution methods have been exhausted.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
10.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.1 FMSS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of FMSS services after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.5 Customisation Fees: Additional fees for bespoke arrangements may apply and will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
